Part numbers for the air con pipes for comfort dash

Hi

Can anyone tell me the part numbers for the aircon pipes needed for the comfort dash conversion? Dealer can't tell me! Also be useful if anyone has a full list of part numbers needed (although have also asked Pauly) so I can check what I am ordering. Dealer is going to supply the parts with my panel van. Thanks
