Hi,

I am getting this error on long journeys. Engine warning light comes on, I scan it and it's this everytime. Its been on around 4-5 times in 5000 miles. There is no noticeable difference to how the van runs.

I have only had the van around 3 months so I am not sure on this. Seems to be on longer drives. I have also had the 600mile ad blue warning that decided to correct itself after 30miles, this has only happened once though in the last 1000 miles.
