Hi, I'm getting the below fault on my van. Anyone able to tell me the issue please?

Probably related to the EGR / cooler.

Might need flushing or replacement.

What's the van spec and mileage.

2016 t28 35k mileage @Dellmassive tbh after posting I started to notice all the threads about EGR, sounds great ha ha

The EGR Is part of the emissions control system, as is the DPF.

And tampering or removing the factory emissions systems is illegal in the UK.

So removing/deleting and remapping is a not advisable.
