I’m looking at installing some kind of over window storage however I’m not going to have a built in kitchen due to my van being more of a day van / ‘hybrid’ camper. Basically day to day I want to keep the van as a Kombi and then for trips away I’ll remove the seats and fit my sink/hob pod etc. I’m looking at ways to add some permanent storage in and thought the over window options could work nicely.
This is what I’m looking at getting, the LWB version fits comfortably at 1530mm:
The only thing I’m thinking is a) will it look daft and b) will it get in the way for anyone sat in the Kombi seat near the window. Has anyone done anything similar? Thanks
