Over thinking . (ADHD)

I’ve my local auto part/audio offered to do my Ice for me but concerned over a couple bits.

So I want new front speakers ( advised focal isu200)
Do I need to deaden the complete door as watching vids im
Not confident. Im doing ok on rest of van as easy .
He mentioned an amp for under seat to
Power everything . . Didn’t catch the name .
Need rear speakers - I’ve already purchased pods.
Then if they work I’ve old pioneer vccs subs X2

I’m based Northants .
It’s used for work daily
If anyone knows anyone local to me who would quote please let me know. Don’t mind traveling just not over an hour .
Ideally need done in a day. Not sure if this is a big ask .
