Hi All, I had a major service done in Feb last year with my local indy (shout out to #VanTech, Uckfield) and a count down oil inspection sprang up a couple of days ago. Contacted them and they said it was strange as they only ever set to flexi/long life, unless a customer requested otherwise. I dropped in this morning and he showed me that the system (they use the VW software not VCDS) would only allow it to be set/reset to annual and they could not explain why.
