I've just replaced a 2013 sportline kombi. I didn't bother this time, I couldn't see the point. I'd just be paying extra for leather that I don't want in the back as the rear seats are going. The front spoiler hasn't grown on me and I don't like the new sportline wheels. Fully loaded highline for me this time.

Totally get you , going the high line route .& van sounds good
I am just not getting what Vw we’re thinking with the new
Sportline ... which is why I am ummin & arrin

I'm neither a fan of the splitter, the wheels or the leather.

I went highline through swissvans and got them to retrim, lower, wheels of my choice, line it out and a rake of other things bringing it past sportline spec but the price came in under a sportline

Bizzare that! Makes you wonder just what VW think they are producing that makes a sportline so special. I’m defo with you though @Chrisfraser05 i’d much rather buy a high line and do it my way than pay VW a premium for something that isn’t really worth any more money.

ACC is maybe a consideration if you like that sort of thing. (I forgot it on mine, but managed to add at the last minute)
Also, have you actually seen the rear flaps fitted? If not, it might be worth searching through here just to confirm it's what you want. (because once they are on, they won't be coming off)

Watch that your dealer doesn't try and sting you for £800ish if you go for the ACC, it should be £300ish now on the 2018 van as half the ACC system is already fitted as standard for the autonomous emergency breaking.
2018 vans with factory tow bars get 'trailer assist' as well apparently.
Can't see any roof bars on the list?

Ditch the mud flaps. OEM are screwed through the rear bumper. There are much neater after market ones available.

MY18 T6 was only about £300 when I ordered it in October last year.

Interesting this is. If you look up trailer assist it’s an automatic self steering mode to reverse your trailer. I very much doubt this is available on a transporter. It’s probably being confused with a trailer or towing program on the vans stability control. This is available when a dedicated wiring loom is used for the towing electrics and not a bypass relay. These are easily fitted afterwards and are not exclusive to a factory fitted tow hitch.
