OEM Retrofit upgrades?

Hi guys, does anyone know if the genuine VW T6 drls kit will be ok for my T6 2017 Highline with auto lighting pack? I was speaking to the dealership today and they were not too sure if they would work so im not sure what to do.

Thanks Pauly, it comes to something when the dealership are unsure that they are compatible and advise me to go and ask on a forum.

Officially they say not compatible with LED headlights but we have fitted a couple and they work fine, no relays no errors

He said because my van has auto lights they are not compatible. Were they LED lights you fitted them to also auto lights Pauly?

I have vw DRL fitted with auto lights and LEDs all work fine as I always says

Where do you wire them in to out of interest... wondering if I should go oem or wait for the aftermarket ones

I've got a Highline with LED lights thus LED DRLs as part of the package. So what is the fascination with additional DRLs?
I think the original factory fit ones look great.

PS I've got LEDs in the Beetle but they aren't quite as good!

I am about to book my van in to have the OEM Retrofits through the dealership however they are making me sign a disclaimer to say if they dont work after they fitted them then its nothing to do with them. Just a bit worried now.
