Hi can someone please tell me where the (black) and (yellow) wires for rear view camera go on a T6 67 plate with tailgate.

Depends what camera you are fitting if it's the three cable unit with red/yellow/black then black is negative and goes on the earth stud in the D pillar and yellow connects to reverse feed cable

Then it's as above
Red = 12v
Black = 0V
Yellow = Reverse signal
If you look inside d pillar behind lights you will see the factory earth post to connect too
