Noisy seat runners on rear bench

Got an ocean. The runners especially the right side is noisy and does get stuck sometimes.

Has anyone lubricanted them or is this a magnet for dirt.

Also can they be adjusted at all. I suspect the lever isn't fully lifting the locking pin

Is it a clicking/ratcheting noise? If yes then then the mechanism is not pulled fully. Be careful you don't break the plastic handle cover when trying to pull it fully. You can remove the drawer and the metal plate from the inside of the seat base to access the mechanism to lubricate it
