No Dab Signal To Pioneer Avh Z

Just fitted a pioneer avh z5100dab last week. Fitted the oem dab plug into the head unit but still have no signal. Does anyone know if I need to fit a window mounted Aerial?

As long as the dab antenna power is switched on, the correct adapter is used then it should work,

You cannot use a glass one if your T6 has a heated screen
