New Work Van - Diy Ply Lining And Carpeting

I finally got my new van delivered, and have been working on lining out the back ready for work. Here are some photos of the work so far. I bought pre cut ply panels, then modified some of them to make extra room for shelves and storage. Also had a go at lining the metal work in the back...wasn't too hard but i got through loads of glue and blades.

Hopefully this may help anyone else planning on doing something similar.

More images from last few days. I’m making a frame to hold my toolboxes. I wanted to keep the nice mat that comes with the kombi but my tool boxes need to be off the floor to fit larger loads underneath

So the frame is fixed to four of the six load lashing points using some modified plugs.

Also fitted and modified the bulkhead too

finally got it finished - here are the last few photos with tool boxes installed. There is lots of weight through the five lashing points, and lots of clearance underneath for larger loads
