New to the Forum and VW Bus's

Hi all, thanks for letting me join.

I've never owned a Bus, let alone a VW T6. I couldn't resist the temptation once I sat in and drove my new T6.

She, well 'The Fridge' has been converted by VDUB Motors and I plan to pick it up this evening, just in time for a trip into Derby shire with the family for a weekend at Callowtop.

Just waiting for the auto electrician to complete new JVC headunit, reversing camera and rear speaker installation and I'll be on my way to pick her up...

Picked up last night. Spent most of the night attempting to get my samsung to work with Android Auto on the JVC head unit - still struggling tbh

Other than that the van is epic

I did same, but went into halfords, plugged my defender2 android into a pioneer, it downloaded the req android auto and voila....

Btw grab a dual sim phone.. You then have private and works number active at same time.. But advantage is that both will ring on head unit and be used through car phone kit... 2 for the price of one!
