Hi, just looking for some feedback on a camper I’m looking at and paying a deposit tomorrow. This is a LWB converted T-6.1 150PS DSG with 10,000 miles on the clock
It’s been converted by a reputable company with a skyline scenic hood with lots of top end spec inside.
The question is.
Is this a good deal at £52.000

I'm not too up to speed with the prices tbh.

Is there a reason you want lwb in particular?

The downside of the design above, is rear seats are really far back so the front seats turned round would be no where near the table for eating...

Maybe you could do better for 52k?

I don't know!

Thankyou, I really love the set up and I’ve been advised the LWB just makes it a bit more comfortable even with two when getting out of the bed but any advice is much appreciated. It really is an exceptional van but a lot of money I know. Cheers Barry

I have a lwb shuttle, but not a full conversion. I have the caravelle rails and triple bench and yes the extra room is useful

It looks really well done, it's a high spec and the price sounds about right to me, maybe someone in the trade like Olly will chip in before tomorrows deadline.
Converters often set the extra LWB space amidships when what you really need in a camper is a boot area and to be able to sit around a table, so your layout isnt unusual.
It's a very personal thing but the appearance or style of the units isn't really to my taste, if you like it then go for it!
It's a cracking looker.
Cheers
Phil

Cheers Phil. Much appreciated.

I've been scouring the market recently and it's on the money IMO , if you like ,and it fits your requirements buy it ! The majority of conversions are based on a 5 speed, 102 bhp model ,so a 150 DSG is in the minority and a lot more desirable. Plus a LWB is a real bonus !
