New Member, New T6 With Battery Issues

Hi Everyone.

I've just bought my first transporter, 9 months old T28 150 panel van.
I read quite a few threads on here before buying so thought i would join.

Picked it up on monday, stopped on the edge of the forecourt to transfer a car seat, when i got back in and tried to start, the battery had gone flat. Had to leave it there for them to look at as that day it had done a 200 mile journey to my local vw garage for me to collect, so battery should have had a good charge.
after checking , they said they could find nothing wrong, although, the battery voltage had dropped each time they checked. they have ordered me a new battery under warrany.

Has anyone had any similar issues. any advise would be apprciated.

I have had my battery changed under warranty and judging by what the dealer said I think there has been a few changed. As the dealer had none and they were on back order, so I had to wait. My van is the same as yours but converted to camper.

I had the battery changed under warranty, since then its been fine. fingers crossed
