My shiny new (and faulty) T6.1 4motion Swamper

Hello all
Took delivery of a 73 plate 4motion in December.
I recently tried to jump start a van with it and was told shortly after by a friend that this can cause electrical problems. Sure enough, two days later it started faulting...
The issues are;

• Front sensors unavailable
• Park sensors unavailable
• Active Cruise unavailable
• Pulsating dash and sat nav screen
• 2 or 3 other faults
• All of the above come on and off intermittently, often after an hour or so of driving

I took it into the main dealer who decided in their wisdom that all faults relate to the fact that is has a non VW towbar fitted. Nice way to wash hand therof....
Since going into VW, reverse sensors also don’t work plus ACC and front sensors seem to be disabled totally.

The towbar company are not being unhelpful at all, but to be fair, it isn't really their problem.

Anyone got any wisdom on what I do next???!!!

Someone will be along with more insight but my first thought is a failing battery/charging system.
