Mute/Pause on Steering Wheel

folks, where are mute and pause on the steering wheel controls? am I going nuts? (t6.1 shuttle)

These don't exist.
But I feel for you cause I had mute on my previous VW and I am missing it a lot.

The only work around is pressing "next button" on the right hand side of your MFSW.
But this works effectively as muting for SatNav announcements only.

I thought a quick press of the power button on the head unit mutes it?
