Any advice please. Water leaking from drain hole. Tried clearing it. But seems whoever had the van previously tried using black sealant and blocked the drain hole. Also the black plastic underneath is bent.

Factory sliding windows are notorious for leaking - chances are the previous owner has tried to rectify it with silicone but I've not come across any remedies that actually work other than replacing the entire window for an aftermarket version or non-sliding window.
I tried bulking out the rubber window seal but that didn't work either so ended up sealing mine closed with a thin bead of silicone until I can afford to replace them.
