Options are limited on the T6 of what you can configure on the MFD lots in options for other VAG vehicles are not present on ours and need VCDS with a laptop or Carista single to change
What settings are you trying to edit and do you have a multifunction steering wheel

Auto lock requires software to activate/deactivate as does beep on lock etc
VCDS is the main software for coding but comes in at a few hundred quid or look at a carista dongle on Amazon they are pretty cheap and come with a weeks free subscription to twiddling bits
