Can’t cancel main beam and flashing doesn’t work after fitting leisure battery. No fault codes!! Any ideas?

I’ve fitted a 12v 110ah leisure battery with a CTEK 250 split charger. The lights are THQ DRL V1 Headlights (Black) bought through Camperglass. Photos to followwhat have you fitted?
