Lost Comms to BCM error and stop/start

Is there anyone on here that can recommend someone near Brighton who can help fix the 2 issues.

Lost Comms to bcm
And a stop/start error on dash.

I've read through another post thread by fun bus who fixed the issue, but I don't have a clue how to do that and I can't seem to find a decent auto electrician/mechanic who can fix this issue.

Hi Jfoz did you sort the problem in the end?
I’ve got similar problem. Stop start error has been on dash for a couple of months then the other morning van wouldn’t turn over like the battery was flat. Second attempt it started fine as if there was plenty of power in battery.
Plugged launch in and following codes came up
I’ve replaced the lin bus wire others have mentioned on here in older posts but still having issues. Does anyone think the Alternator may have given up? Garage is saying £350 for new alternator fitted if it is that.

Finally! Someone who found the issue and fixed. The corroded break was right up by the plug. Pulled the whole lot off and soldered, taped new longer section and more gave it some more protection.

Bcm and stop/start error GONE.
