Long Time Lurker...

Hey all! Long time reader of this great forum.. now finally after years we have our first van. Always been into VWs, various Golfs, Passat and still have an Up!. But our camping needs outgrew our previous, now sold Audi A4 Avant. A van appeared for sale locally, it was my least fav colour and not 6 speed, but everything else was\is exactly what we wanted. So here is a pic and I hopefully will be making actual contributions rather than just reading and dreaming now lol!

Like you we progressed from tenting and bought a van .....sooo much easier

Its got ad blue but is euro 5 according to the London emissions page.. I have read at this period though there were a few combos lol! Colour in the flesh is way better than the pics to be fair, seems different in every light! We still have a huge tent but the van came with a drive away air awning as well, so its perfect really as we are covered for weekends and longer trips.

First thing to do when funds allow will be to get the full LED lights from Transporter HQ, and the LED rear lights. Audi had Bi xenon and I had full LED in my mk8 fiesta st, so to say the lights aren't great would be kind lol! I knew this though to be fair so it's no shock (and they are still somehow better than the 20 plate transit I drive for work).
