Ex RAC Van Speed Limiter Poss Issue?

Afternoon all,

A bit of an odd one this, so apologies if its in the wrong area.
I have an ex RAC T6 DSG on a 18 plate.
Does anyone know if these vans would of had a speed limiter installed on them?
I know we all drive our vans at the law abiding speed of 70mph, but some times you need the requirement to go faster than 70mph (you now, just to take away the hurting...lol).
The thing is, in my van no matter what I try, when I bury the throttle in to the Axminster Carpet the van will not go any faster than 70mph.
I've checked various menu's and can't see anything oblivious.
Any one got any ideas what's happening.
