Leisure battery possible problem?

I’m asking this as I’ve heard many vans with solar panels their leisure battery’s constantly sits at float, about 13.4, while mine sits at 12.7.

currently running ctek 250
200watt solar
120ah Lucas Agm battery 1 month old

12.7v is ok for a charged SLA battery.

What are you using to meter out the battery voltage?
