Hi, We recently had a hab check done, the van was given a full clean bill of health, the technician told me that the live for the van battery and leisure are the wrong way round. Removed the switch panel and no way off switching there, removed the unit and no obvious way of switching there? Everything is in block connection, how and where would I correct this issue

How did they know?

Are you able to view the voltage of each battery?

I was not there during the hab check, it was just something he had fed back. I have since disconnected the engine battery to try and reset the systems as I need to change the privacy settings on the MMI to register the Vw app and whilst it was of I tried the switches and tbe leisure system would not come on using the L button and a red light and alarm sounded, when I tried the V button lights etc all.worked.

That does sound like it is the wrong way round.

Where is the switch? On the Sergeant unit?

Who did the conversion?

The control panel just has a cat/ether connector to the main unit. I removed the main unit and all wires are in full connectors, looks like it is all installed as it should and very neat etc, I was hoping for a simple choc block swap😂 it was a local company, Crowther Leisure, I might pop in and ask them. Not the end of the world as now we now press V instead of L but would be nice to have it the right way.

I have not fully removed the unit, could be something easier inside to switch a wire around.
