Led Rear Lamps

Apologies if this has already been covered.
From what I can see you only have LED lamps with a tailgate ?
When I had my T5, I adapted sportline rear lamps which should have been for a tailgate, to fit my barn doors.
Does anyone know if this can be done on a T6, so I can have LED lamps with my barn doors ?

Hello Simon. In short - no; the tailgate shape around the top inside edge of the light cluster is different to the barn-door shape (tailgate has a straight angle, whilst barn-doors are rounded).

You’re probably aware, but aftermarket LED’s exist for both barnies and tailgate models, if that’s what you’re after.

Not that I know of - but then I haven’t needed to look.

@Tourershine has bought some aftermarket LED rear clusters so he will have a better idea what’s out there - plus you can have a look at his, which I think look pretty spangly

'Spangly' not heard that word before.

Sadly tailgate models only, which seems bonkers to me, but might be worth dropping Transporter HQ an email, because they often have new things in the pipeline.
