LED headlight indicators

Are they LED too, they don't look like they are. Is it possible to change them or is it a front bumper off job?

And tricky to change as there's no access/space for a load resistor
I think @StudleyGlass tried doing the tears without success ?
Anyone else tried fronts or rears ?

The LED indicators bulbs i had showed a error (bulb out on dash warning) so need to have resistors fitted, but i have not got round to that job, to busy doing others . You can hardly get you finger to the front one!

I’ve done the rears and they're working fine. I used a load resistor. I had a quick look at the headlamps but it didn't look like the bulbs were accessible without removing the head light. Maybe I should look again.
