Can anyone give advice on waking up a KS Energy lithium battery that’s gone into hibernation? KS say it needs a 14.8v charge for 10 seconds - but how to get that??
The slow wakeup is normally a very low current, higher voltage for hours, to allow the cells to gradually rise in voltage.
If the cells are very low and the internal BMS is blocking incoming charge, then the only way forward is to open the pack and manually balance the cells.... But that's a job for someone who knows what they are doing.
12hrs on a decent charger should do it.... If not it will need opening.
