I bought mine from them about a year ago now. I bought it from them as I like the 'how to' videos they do. Never had any experience of them before but managed to install it (external fit) without any problems. No issues so far. Would recommend. Whilst some of it seems a bit daunting, like cutting holes and things in your van, it is a job a competent DIYer can do.
