Hi,
After my T6.1being in for a service and having a recall software update (23BB), the unit now doesn't automatically turn off/on with the ignition, the reverse camera doesn't automatically pop up on the screen and the steering wheel controls don't function. All was working before the update.
I have disconnected the battery hoping to reset the unit a couple of times but this hasn't worked. Would I be correct in thinking that the problem is with the the can bus ?
I have heard the technician on the dash cam footage when moving the van, speaking about a module 100% working before software update, which costs £700 and the vehicle is no longer in warranty.. could be about a different vehicle but sounds like mine.
Am currently waiting to hear back from the dealer, but wanted to see if I'm on the right thinking about the can bus
