Kenwood 8021 DABS Install issue, now power to unit.

Good Evening

I've Just upgraded to the Kenwood 8021 from an Android unit which was causing me issues when using it.
I've installed the kenwood today but the unit won't fire up, I've swapped the fuse, reconnected all the fittings to no avail, the can bus seems to be getting power as I can see a blue light flashing. The Can bus have a serious of switches on it, I've not touched these as I assumed they will have been set before dispatch if needed.
I've even reinstalled the old unit to see if that works, which it does.
Any ideas what could be causing the problem?

I've by passed the Canbus, unit fires up. obviously Canbus issue any ideas on how to set the switches?

I installed one a few weeks back, used a Connects2 kit, needed some advice on fitting, seller said the green park cable had to be spliced in as well as the blue/white cable, which was power to the FM/AM aerial, he said don’t ignore the green park cable as it won’t work without it.
The Connects 2 had no dip switches from memory.
