Keeping Cool At Night

Getting a T6 soon to convert. Just wondering if hot weather is a problem at night. Is it not too uncomfortable sleeping in this weather or are there good solutions?

We've now camped 3 times in the hottest weekends of the year, no issues in my van, but it is insulated and I always put the Van Shades windscreen/side window cover straight on to keep the heat out.

I recently brought a set of these - Transporter T5 T6 Kombi and Caravelle Window Grills - CSI Parts

They do a good job, but didn't notice much difference with them fitted to be honest.
