Insuring a van like a car?

I was with Brentacre for a couple of years, they are very helpful and the only company other than NFU who have asked for details about camper conversion and mod’s.
They are just a broker, the insurance underwriter at the time were Markerstudy who at the time had a pretty bad reputation when it came to dealing with claims and paying out.

The claims process is also variable, depending on the situation / who is at fault, etc.
