Hi everyone, just wondering if anyone has any recommendations for insurance companies for a fully converted T6.1
Current insurers want us to have a £398 tracker fitted or wont cover the theft part
Tried Just Kampers and Brentacre but looking for a decent one. Much appreciated

101 questions, but that's the to expected as no two conversions are identical, and the price was very reasonable with comparable cover and excesses to other quotes.

We were with AF last year and paid telephone numbers but JK were considerably cheaper with AV than the quoted renewal price this year (still telephone numbers but without the international dial code at the front) - a bit weird as they are the same firm! Of course when I told AF that we were going elsewhere they offered to ‘see what they could do’ to which I replied that ‘they should have done that in the first place’

I’ve used AF for the last 3 years. A really good price this year with included guaranteed value despite increasing the mileage to 10k.

Just spoke to AF, was an ok quote..literally everyone wants us to get a tracker fitted..
Comfort just said we won't insure you because we don't have a sink or hob in the vehicle which i thinks abit mad!

They don’t for me but it is clearly totally individual depending on all the factors. Mine is underwritten by Ageas so maybe they could try them too for you. Possibly massively more expensive which is why they didn’t mention it.

I believe AF do their own self-fit tracker for a fairly reasonable price so maybe that’s worth a look too. Good luck.

Yeh AF have offered a tracker included, think I'll be going with them tomorrow
Just going to check Howdens tomorrow then get it done with whoever sounds best

From experience, Howdens don't (didnt) do AV.
