Installing Pioneer Nd - Bc8 Reverse Camera

Hi there,

I am fitting this camera on T6 into connects2 fitting kit, with Pioneer AVIC Z920DAB.

Connects CTUVW03 info adapter has tow camera feed inputs. And of course the head unit has camera feeds in also. I know I have to put the video feeds in through the CTUVW03.

But where do I take the red and black power feed from please?

Black will just be an earth, you should be able to come off the reversing light for the positive (red)

The red and black should run up to behind the radio and connect to the same colours on the Pioneer, not to the reverse light. As firstly the CanBus bulb failure system can affect the camera, and secondly wiring how I described allows you to see what’s behind you whilst driving, ideal for trailers.

You could have used a genuine Pioneer interface instead of the Vw03 infoadapter, it’s cheaper, dosent play the parking sensors through the camera port, instead goes into the dedicated socket on the back of the Pioneer and it’s a easier lead to install
