Van was parked next to a busy road on a slant towards the passenger side meaning the drivers side sat higher it rained a little but wouldn’t say torrential.. after work I got in to find a lake had appeared!
First time this happened just wondered if it was the angle it was parked and why it collected in there.
I’m guessing normally flat surface parked and driving it goes out of those lower holes and drains.

Mine is parked on a slant every night as our road is like a ski slope & my drive is sideways to the hill
I've never had any water in?

Hi .. I see from your picture you’ve got wind deflectors fitted...there’s lots of issues with water ingress on various other sites..Could be the answer

That could possibly be it as I also have deflectors, but mine are external, rather than in channel so might explain it

Cheers mate. I've just read all that.
I’ve had these speakers and sound deadening for over a year and no problems. I think it was just angle I was parked causing the water to do exactly what that thread talks about.
I remember reading that originally and making sure that nothing touched back there.

Door seals.
Roof prep bolts.
Scuttle panel.
Door drains.
Firewall.

Are all possible sources of water ingress.

If it happens again.

Try the blue roll and hose pipe trick to see if you find the entry point.
