I've wired my amp to my lesuire battery which is all good but it would be useful to be able to use a different source to the head unit whilst parked up camping. The headunit switches off after 30mins. Anyone wired some sort of 2 way audio switch so you can just plug your phone in? The amp is a jl audio one so can have hi or low level inputs. So should work ok. Found a few options but mostly a bit cheap. Wondering if a simple RCA doubler would just work where the amp will just play whatever regardless, I.e. No switch. Obviuosly it would be a bit messy if both the headunit and the phone were on at the same time but that is not gonna happen.
