Is it Possible to combine PV Input Cables?

I have just fitted out my campervan with a new Bluetti Elite 300, I already have a Bluetti Charger 1 under the passenger seat and a 250w solar panel on the roof.

I am absolutely no sparky so My question is this:
Since the Elite 300 can handle 1200w 22A PV Input, is it possible, safe or even wise to combine the Output Cables from the Charger 1 and the 250W Solar Panel into one cable with an XT60 connector that then plugs into the Elite 300 PV input?
Its Just to save me having to keep swapping between the Charger 1 and the Solar Cables, this would also give a theoretical combined up to 810w PV Input depending on conditions.

If you can combine solar panels in series to make one big one, what is the difference in combining Solar and the Charger 1 into one cable ?

Here is the basic wiring of my current setup:

Vehicle Battery + 60a Fuse --to-- 100a Isolator --to-- Charger 1 --to-- XT60 cable --to-- Elite 300 PV input.

Roof Mounted 250w solar panel 36.5 OCV ----- Solar to XT60 cable ----- Elite 300 PV input.

How about using a Charger 2, this accepts 800W alternator charge and 600W

@step If I hadn't bought & installed the Charger 1 in September I would be all over the Charger 2, but sadly their hairy not crystal !
I cant justify shelling out for a charger 2 as I have just spent a small fortune on the van the last couple of weeks getting it ready for the coming season.
