So been hunting fairly casually for a few weeks and not quite finding what I wanted within the budget, I spotted a lovely looking Caravelle for sale up in sunny Birmingham. Actually there were 2 we were interested in at the garage and although the black one only had 44k miles on it, it obviously hadn’t been that well cared for so we plumped for the other which is really nice condition at 75k miles. It’s a 66 plate 204 (yes, I know!) 4Motion with seemingly all the toys, which drove and pulled really nicely. Full main dealer service history and as I said, fantastic condition. Slightly nervous about the 204 thing but I guess we’ll see.
Only decent outside picture is one my my 11 year old took so looking forward to picking it up on Friday.
I’d like to do a couple of things on it early on…some ClimAir wind deflectors, a spoiler of some sort, possibly some roof bars and down the line, look to change the wheels and perhaps a front bumper/ splitter thing but will have to save pennie’s for that. And suggestions for quick, cheap mods gratefully received!
