I have my sofa bed which I used in my T6 before getting my new conversion.
The bed is the Ikea Lycksele (I believe, can't remember which one exactly) which has been raised and welded to fit a T6. It now fits over the top of the wheel arches with clearance.
The bed comes with mattress and cover, super comfy to sleep on. I used it for a few surf trips before I converted the van. Perfect as it allows storage underneath. (Pictures below)
