Hello all,

I feel like a fraudster for joining the forum without owning a Transporter…..
I am currently looking for a genuine (23/24) SWB Sportline panel van, either in pure grey or Ravenna Blue but they are difficult to find it seems (has to be immaculate)

I have been browsing the forums for a few months so I thought I should join, looks like it’s very active with lots of good information.
I currently have a caddy and the forum is really quiet there just now, lots of good information on it just not very active.

Not at all, it's a wise person that does all the research that they can before parting with a sizeable chunk of money!
Good luck in your search, the right one will come along, it's not like looking for a Ford Fiesta which were made in their millions, I was looking for ages before I found the spec I was looking for. You'll get there.

Why has it got to be a SWB?

I appreciate everyone has their own opinion, just don’t let it be that you think ittl be too big to “daily”. They’re a doddle to drive about.

Perhaps, like me, he has to regularly park somewhere that wont physically accommodate a 5.4M vehicle?

If I were brutally honest and blunt, I'd say SWBs look out of proportion and stunted... and I just did, so I must be!

Still, it'd be crap forum if everyone thought the same and liked the same things.

I've always thought the same, I wouldn't go as far as saying it looks terrible, but it does look out of proportion in length vs height.
Same as the Tiguan Allspace looks out of proportion compared to the regular Tiguan
