As above.

Getting close to placing an order for a 150ps 6 speed with extras coming to £37k... or... blowing it on a new Golf R with all the extras and still having some change... or paying a lump off the mortgage...

But can't seem to select the essential 20 mm lowering as there seems to be a conflict but it doesn't tell me what. Any ideas van legends?

Have added adaptive cruse control ?

You could always go to TPS, buy a set of Sportline Springs (lowers by 30mm) & Blag your dealer to fit them pre PDI FOC.

That's exactly what I did

I think the 20mm lowering is only available on a Caravelle Exec, and it is in fact standard on that model.
It used to be part of the DCC (Dynamic(Adaptive) Chassis Control) package only available on Vels, but it has since changed.
The configurator is a little confusing at times, but check with the dealer and see what he has to say.
I think you will have to go aftermarket or dealer fit to lower your Van, unless you buy a sportline.;)
