How much should a Nox sensor cost to replace and is there anyone on here who might be able to help ?

Hi all,

Working through the miriad of issues surfacing with my T6.

I have a Nox sensor firing a fault, is it essential to replace? And how much should I be looking at to do so ? . my local VW garage implied it's a quick job but from what I'm reading it's very costly.

from what I understand it's not an immediate issue but it is preventing my van from going into Regen which im fully aware can have a very serious and costly implication. Something I'm desperate to avoid.

Please post the fault code.
Can you make a full fault code scan by e.g. Carista, OBDeleven, VCDS?
What's the engine code (from a sticker under dash by steering column). What year, how many miles?

Also I can get an engine code for you later, but it has done 40k and it's a 2017 T6 T30 LWB startline

Not likely a NOx sensor fault - neither of the codes.

Hi - went to get our 2017 T28 T6 remapped and been informed that the NOx sensor was faulty, therefore the remap couldn't be carried-out. The van has 66k on the clock, any thoughts on the best place/brand? Cheers all...
