How low with 20" and loaded??

Hey just ordered my new t6 t30 lwb. Thinking of putting 20"s on her and lowering. It's a works van so will have tools in it during the week.
What sort of mm is ideal?
Spacers?

I'm lowered 70mm and it's carrying around 300kg in the back and 275/35/20 Carrying weight won't make too much difference with the right suspension setup. Get coilovers as you can setup the exact ride height and won't need to worry about it.

My old t5 was lowered 100mm with the same load and wheels.

50mm seems to be the biggest drop recommended on std shocks - if that influences your thinking.
