It is crazy the recent mix of either 5 star or 1 star reviews popping off.
Tip to any company out there trying to bury reviews. Don't submit a bunch of positive reviews all at once. The post dates will be the same and will make those reviews look a little umm suspect!

It was not my intention, I wanted to leave a good review but this has snow balled.
I’ve got to know Matt and the team well over the last few months and I will admit I felt the need to defend them.
They are a nice young couple giving it everything. I went to a lot ot conversion centres and they impressed me and they followed through with the end result.
The reviews calling them shysters. Cowboys, and using eye ball emojis at their response is unfair. That should be called up also.
I understand not everyone’s experience will be good as mine but a thread solely focused on bringing them down is wrong.
For those who care my van is a T6.1 indium grey 2021 with a daytime van conversion and pop up roof. I don’t feel comfortable posting pictures and it doesn’t seem like anyone else does either.
The quality is top notch and I genuinely couldn’t be happier. Our group is on Instagram.
I’d encourage everyone to make thier own opinions and im sure more people will jump on here to support my view

You are missing the issue. Your review could have been 1 vote for Holbrook against several against. Your buddys could have all come on here and said 'they are 'amazing' and subsequently created a balanced view and a statistical model that could have potentially showed Holbrook as 3.5 out of 5. This would have carried on what this thread is about.
Your attempt to challenge members posts, name call and also insult the forum is... confusing.
So now we have several reviews against and also you... so it's still a ranking of 1 out of 5.

But you haven’t though, have you? You’ve told us what a wonderful company Holbrook are, but have given little or no evidence to substantiate that claim. Hitchens Razor states “what can be asserted without evidence can also be dismissed without evidence”. You’ve been invited on several occasions to submit a review, which you’ve avoided doing. If you wish to regain any credibility whatsoever, we need a comprehensive, meaningful review of your van buying experience from Holbrook, pre-purchase, planning, build phase, completion/handover, post sale. Photos, trip reports etc. Complete the assignment you were asked to do by Holbrook. Currently you’re in a hole, and you really need to stop digging.
Why don’t you feel comfortable posting photos of your van? Generally when a new member joins they get asked to post photos, the vast majority do. If you do a search you would see this, so I’m puzzled as to what make you feel uncomfortable?
