I don't condone others questioning the authenticity of your original post, but I understand why they have.

You had no basis to insult the previous posters - but you did.
You were unable refute what they'd posted - but you dismissed their input and encouraged others to ignore them.

Rightly or wrongly, your initial post gave the impression of someone with an agenda or someone with 'skin in the game' and this is the reason the authenticity of your initial post has been been questioned. If you'd have simply posted your feedback in a factual manner without throwing shade at others, no-one would have questioned your authenticity.

Why should their posts be called-out? I, you, or anyone else cannot possibly judge the authenticity of their posts.

I have called you out, not for your positive review of the business, but for being disrespectful to others and for baselessly accusing others of not being genuine.

I am. I am a customer who has been asked to leave a review on this forum. In the same way others have. I’m sure if my review was negative I wouldn’t be having to fight my way through this.

to make it simpler, I bought a van 3 months ago. I’m buzzing. I wanted to leave a good review. That’s that. I’m extremely happy. Which appears to be painful for people to hear

So leave a review then. Let’s have pics, costs, customer experience, something substantive that can be looked at, compared and assessed. In the short time you’ve been here, all you’ve done is been on the defensive and rubbished the people whose experiences didn’t align with yours. Here’s your chance to put some meat on the table, show us how good these vans are, because currently you’re not helping your cause. Time for some positive vibes…..

Christ there’s some spikey people in here. I’ve come on here solely to defend Matt and candice after reading these. My experience couldn’t be any different. Holbrook customs were absolutely awesome to us. In fact we have a group of Holbrook customs campers that all go camping together. Everyone is buzzing about their campers. To anyone reading this don’t listen to these key board warriors. You couldn’t meet a nicer couple than Matt and Candice. Thanks to Matt and Candice weve been able to gift our children the life they deserve. Simply the best bunch of people and the best camper

Take a step back.

You have entered into this thread and made it clear you came to purposfully oppose people's experiences and also decribed genuine members old and new as spikey and dishonest keyboard warriors - by not specifying an individual, you specify us all... This is clearly an attempt to demean and sully the integrity of others and bully your perspective as the one true experience with this company. Not a good idea in any forum.

Deleted members aren't necessarily expelled people lacking integrity, they likely sold van and moved on. New members and old have commented so there isn't a trend of fake accounts commenting.

I don't refute your experience. I can see all comments and posts from members past and present in this thread. The majority are upset and warning of bad service. You are in the minority. If the majority view point appears contrary to yours then perhaps you should consider that you were one of a few that has had good service in a crowd that have had bad, so please report on your positive experience. Provide your individual perspective without an emotional response to others - dignity and respect to all.

Yeah. Unwilling to discuss your behaviour or how you have attacked the group. All you've done is criticise. Your affiliation with Holbrooks combined with your critique and negative attitude are possibly not what they wanted you to project to us potential customers. Oops

Because speaking from my experience I doubt it is. They are anything but desperate. I had to wait months to get a slot.

So you are unwilling to accept that holbrooks gave customers a bad experience. It's been noted. That's your right. That's your review.

This isn't a debating site. You are having a negative affect on Holbrooks brand. Probs best you back off now.

Multiple attempts have been made to defuse this. We've asked about your installation or van. All you seem to do is revert back to insultiing the forum and its members. This seems less like an attempt to speak up for the quality of holbrook dubs and more of an attempt to smear the integrity of the forum and render this thread as void.
