Hi All, just joined the group.
Recently purchased a 2019 SWB Transporter and planning on converting to a camper.
So far, panels all stripped and waiting for sound dampening and insulation to arrive.

Hope to get loads of advice on here on the conversion

I'm in two minds about doing the pop top or having it done by a professional.
I've watched some videos on YouTube and it doesn't look too difficult but the cautious side of me says you screw it up and you're screwed .
Hence the reason for joing the group.
I've seen some pop tops on eBay with good ratings from companies for around £1600 but I don't know if they're any good.

I'm going to try doing as much work myself, with a little help from my son-in-law.

Sure we have a few on here that have self fitted pop tops? Not something I'd tackle for sure but fair play for those that take it on.
