Higher Load Ratings On New Tyres?

My wife took our Cali beach in for 2 new front tyres.

It went in with 215/65 R16C 106/104T

It's come back with 215/65 R16C 109/107 T

Any issues with that or nothing to worry about?

Any experience with "Maxmiler" tyres as well? I normally put Contis or Bridgestones on it.

Just a higher load rating so got to be a plus.
