High beam not working

Hi can somebody help me with my high beams not working
When I go to flash anyone it just stays on and I have to turn lights off for it to go off ?
Any help would be great?

Age of van ?
How long have you owned it ?
Has it ever worked ?
Any work been done to van recently ?
Have you or anyone else done any coding to the van ?

My initial first wild guess would be a failed stalk or coding issue maybe

T6.1 2020 it was always working just stopped had since new

Only changed the battery

No mate I’ve had to give up working due to health issues so havnt sorted it have to put the van up for sale
