Hex Ply lining kit

I am in process of soundeadening and am thinking about something a bit different to carpet for the panels. I have the Ovano setup and think the finish is great to look at. Potentially considering the Hex Ply to match the Ovano.

Do you have any photos yet @Vanbus ?

What sort of price is the kit likely to be and which panels are included in this price? Just sides or ceiling area too?

My van is a factory Kombi with tailgate, with only windows being in the mid section and so need the full length rear panels and the top window section of the tailgate too.

Although might go with something contrasting on the ceiling perhaps.

So would this work for the ceiling panels too? Not sure if I would want that yet, or maybe look at the slat wood or engraved panels alongside the hex sides.

Can you do tailgate upper sections too?

What the finish on the edges and back like? Nice and smooth?

We do panels as per OEM, so no upper tailgate. However we do have a pa else we use for blanking tailgate windows which we glue in place, could do one of those. Roof panel needs to be a a large sheet size, I don't think.suollier does hex that size

I am pretty much decided that I want to order the Hex Ply panels, as think these could look pretty cool.

Just thinking about options for the ceiling panels. Is there scope for birch ply panels with a Hex pattern perhaps?

How do I go about ordering and what’s your turnaround time roughly? Is it best to ring to discuss everything and, If so, when is best to call?

I do have a couple of questions on the tailgate panel. I have a Kombi without rear window, so don’t need the cutouts for the motor in the centre at the top. Is there an option to have this straight cut across the top, or is a wiper motor cover the only option? I also don’t have a switch to open the rear from the inside, so only need the pull handle. Can I have the panel without the switch cutout?

Hiya, can you supply just the rear panels for a SWB and the seat belt panel? Mine are currently carpeted over the standard panels and I’m looking to replace them. The rest of the van is carpeted throughout.

Is this available slightly thinner, such as 4mm?

Hi, we can supply any combination. Only in 6.5mm as that is the thinnest sheets
